A Love Story That Started It All
Lonnie’s journey into the furniture world began with a love story. In June 1988, he met his wife while shopping for furniture at Badcock Home Furniture in Griffin. One date later, they were inseparable — and together, they built a business rooted in family, hard work, and genuine connection.

As a proud Marine, Lonnie carries the values of discipline, integrity, and perseverance into everything he does. His philosophy is simple: “To be successful, you must give it your all.”
Making Everyone Feel Like Family
Customers know Lonnie for his friendly, down‑to‑earth personality — always ready to share a laugh, lend a hand, and make everyone feel like part of the family. He believes every visit should feel like catching up with an old friend, and every delivery should end with a smile.
When he’s not at the store, you’ll find Lonnie riding his motorcycle, working in the yard, or spending time with his wife — often with their very large cat demanding attention. He’s also known to enjoy the occasional bear sighting from his porch, a reminder of the peaceful Georgia life he loves.
